We have reached a point where it is impossible to accept more clients for our services as we do not have the time to handle an additional client base, so have decided to franchise our business to like minded practical couples with good organisational skills, a knowledge of their local area, their local artisans, and passable French.

Our systems, marketing tools, web sites, cleaning and maintenance programmes are tried tested and trusted by our owners and our daily working life is diverse and interesting, giving you the oportunity to work closely with your local community and assist owners and holiday makers alike.

As an "Owners Club" franchisee you will have your own area in which to develope your business with full training, publicity, marketing, advertising and organisational and financial procedures, provided by us.

This includes, setting up your company registration so you can operate lagaly and within the French tax, insurance, pension and social security system, full on-site training in swimming pool technologies, cleaning and maintenance, and administration all marketing and promotional tools and documentation as well as your own fully maintained and updated web site linked to this one.

You will probably already own reasonable gardening and cleaning equipment but, will need an initial start up fund of between €1.500.00 and €2.000.00
